You are invited to complete our 'Supporting and coaching your child with ADHD' course for parents and carers. This course is the first step in our Family Program and must be completed before we are able to offer individual or group treatment to a child or adolescent. You can find further information about our Family Program and the course on the 'ADHD services' page of our website - https://hobartadhd.com.au/services/adhd-services/ ‎ If you register for the program from there you will be able to access the online portion of the course immediately. There would be no need to submit this form. Alternatively, we can email you with the course information - just confirm below and submit this form.
